Information Collected and Stored by Webmana in Its Electronic Systems

  2. Website-related information, including: (website name, customer service number, main branch address, and any additional branches, if applicable).
  3. Website login information, including: (consumer name, password, email address, billing and shipping addresses, and sales transactions).

Sharing of User and Website Information

  1. Webmana is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of this information and protecting user privacy. This information is retained solely for the purpose of improving the quality of services provided, enhancing website performance, and facilitating the user’s operations.
  2. Access to this information is limited to authorized Webmana personnel who have officially received approval from management. Such authorization is specific, restricted, and subject to legal and administrative oversight. Webmana management ensures that this information, in whole or in part, will not be disclosed to any unauthorized third party.
  3. In order to maintain platform integrity and protect user rights, if Webmana management detects any irregular or unlawful activity by a user, Webmana may—pursuant to the terms and provisions of the User Agreement—share relevant information with the competent authorities to take necessary action against the violating user or website. This is to protect Webmana, other users, websites, and consumers from any potential legal liability arising from such unlawful or irregular activities on the platform.

Information of Website Consumers, Customers, or User Clients

  1. As part of Webmana’s commitment to maintaining and improving website performance, Webmana remains informed about the number of website consumers and customers, their segments, and the sales transactions conducted through the website.

Confidentiality of User and Website Information

  1. Webmana always strives to maintain the confidentiality of user information. This Privacy Policy does not contradict any provisions of the User Agreement or the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy. However, due to the nature of the internet, 100% security cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, the Webmana team notes the following:
  2. Webmana makes every effort to protect website information and prevent unauthorized access in violation of its policies.
  3. Webmana protects user and website information using high-quality, regularly updated electronic and technical security systems.

Revenue, Products, and Services Information of Websites

Webmana monitors the online store’s revenues, as users utilize the payment gateways provided by Webmana.

Webmana is aware of the types of products and/or services displayed on the website.

Webmana monitors website performance when necessary to provide guidance, support, and advice to users or site administrators in order to resolve issues and improve performance.

Strategic and Logistical Services (Third-Party Services)

When applying for or subscribing to a service provided by a third party, the user grants Webmana full authorization and consent to provide the third-party service provider with the necessary user or website information. This may include (username, personal phone number, email address, address, and any other information required by the third-party service provider). This authorization enables the third party to deliver the service subscribed to by the user.
